2) Weight Loss Zone- Number of calories you need to lose weight in a healthy manner while maintaining your fitness level and not slowing down your metabolism.
3) Medically Supervised Zone- Too few calories can cause you to lose muscle, slow your metabolism, deprive your body of vital nutrients and cause rapid weight gain previously lost pounds. This zone should only be used when under the direct care of a Physician.
