Hey all I’m Tana! I’m just a small town gal living life to the fullest! Fitness nut, fat loss coach, NANBF competitor, wife & mom of 3 daughters who loves to share the gifts God gave her.  I’ve spent 20 years figuring out what i want to be when I grow up & have found my passion teaching & coaching others. I’ve been on the roller coaster ride of trying to lose weight,  build muscle & get in the best shape of my life until I started the 6 week shred.  I started with Donita  & can say I’ve lost over 30 lbs & kept it off. After 2 years of learning, listening & hard work I am now helping others do the same. I truly believe that you have to walk the walk & talk the talk for others to trust & believe.  When you do what you love,  it doesn’t feel like work! I can honestly say “I LOVE MY JOB”💕

Hi I am Kirstin! I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer, I am also CPR and AED certified, hopefully I never have to apply the last two certs 🤣 I have been into health and fitness for many years, I also used to be an online health coach. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, but decided I didn’t want to go back to a desk job. I decided to chase my dreams, and pursue a career in fitness, and I can honestly say I love my job, it doesn’t feel like “work.” I love helping others, nothing is more satisfying to me than seeing the happiness of others who have crushed their personal goals. I am a Mom to 3 young kiddos. I have an 8 year old son, a 6 year old son and a 3 year old daughter. In my free time: I like to workout, research and learn all I can about fitness and bodybuilding, do home decorating, go boating, take family walks, do anything active outside in the warm weather. (I am not a fan of Winter) My favorite food is Sushi and Cloud 9 energy bowls. I am terrified of hornets. My favorite muscle group to workout is legs. I am also a bikini competitor. I got in to competing because I suffer from 2 auto immune disorders. I am very natural minded, and wanted to avoid medicating. So I decided to take my health into my own hands and get even more strict with my diet. Competing turned a negative into a positive for me, rather than me being unable to eat certain foods because of my health, I am now in control and not eating certain foods to accomplish a goal. Making the decision to compete has put me in to remission naturally, and I am in a great place with my health. I am very passionate about what I do, we only get one body and one life, we need to control what we can control! I am a firm believer that everyone comes into your life for a reason and fitness has brought so many wonderful people into my life. I would absolutely love the opportunity to help you reach your health and fitness goals!
