Biggest Achievement: Anything that I have on my bucket list is a big achievement. Any goal that
I set for myself and achieve is a big achievement. I don’t like to limit myself but rather find
other opportunities, set them and then work to achieve them.
About me: I am married, I have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. I love being outdoors, playing
with our 2 dogs, going north, 4-wheeling and working out.
My Why: One evening after a normal 10–12-hour work day I realized that I do the same thing
day in and day out. It was a sobering moment to acknowledge that I lost control of my life and
my health which was very concerning for me. So, I made the call to the Body Strength Training
Shed, joined the 6-week shred program 2 years ago and haven’t looked back.
Being a Fitness Trainer: I love being a fitness trainer. The fulfillment of helping others achieve
their goals such as weight loss, toning their bodies, healthy eating and learning that they can
take time for themselves and the importance of doing so. I love the opportunity to work with
people of all ages; there are no age limits to becoming a healthier you. Helping clients achieve
their goals is “icing on the cake”. Let me help you achieve your goals.
